OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These offer terms and conditions (Terms) are entered into between Motorserve Pty Limited t/a Motorserve (ABN 41 121 715 393) (Motorserve, we, us or our) and you (you or your). By accepting the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Offer: The offer is a 10% discount on car servicing and repairs for eligible NRMA Insurance customers, calculated off the full invoice price for the relevant services (Offer). The Offer applies to all car servicing and mechanical repair services provided by Motorserve, (including but not limited to log book services, essential services, eSafety inspections (pink slips), and major repairs) and excludes all paint and panel services (Eligible Services). We will seek your approval on all applicable Eligible Services before they are carried out. Offer will be applied to the full invoice price for the applicable Eligible Services, including the cost of labour and parts. Offer is only valid at Motorserve NSW sites.
1.3 Offer Period: Offer is valid until terminated or otherwise removed from advertising by us (Offer Period). We reserve the right to terminate this Offer at our discretion.
1.4 Eligibility: Offer is available to current NSW NRMA Insurance customers who have accessed and used the Help Hub only (Eligible Participants). To participate, you must be an Eligible Participant and must quote your Help Hub offer or relevant promotional code when booking or paying for Eligible Services at any participating Motorserve car servicing store in NSW during the Offer Period.
1.5 Limitations: Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated. Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
1.6 Standard Terms: Offer is subject to our standard terms and conditions available at https://motorserve.com.au/terms-and-conditions/ (Standard Terms). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Standard Terms, the Standard Terms will prevail.
1.7 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW).
1.8 Modification of Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Offer after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
1.9 Definitions:
NRMA Insurance means Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 AFSL 227681 (IAL), trading as NRMA Insurance, and includes its officers, employees, agents and contractors.
Help Hub means NRMA Insurance’s rewards, safety and engagement program available to NRMA Insurance policyholders.
Motorserve Pty Ltd ABN 41 121 715 393, NSW license number MVRL43713 is an entity within the IAG Group and a related entity of Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 trading as NRMA Insurance (IAL).
